6. The trekkers, who have enough time or long holiday they can trek to Gokyo Peak, Kalapathar and Everest Base Camp. But in fact, the satisfaction which a trekker can find by trekking to Gokyo Peak, Kalapathar and Everest Base Camp can be derived by trekking to Syangboche alone because a very large portion of Khumbu Himal Range can be seen from here, which can not be seen from other areas. Therefore, many people including elderly people, children and those who do not possess sound health enjoy the trekking of all these areas by trekking to Syangboche. The people who really trek to Gokyo Peak, Kalapathar those who want to be proud or self-satisfied that they have really trekked these places.
7. Special briefing will be given to the guests at hotel in Kathmandu about their programs before the trip starts.

SUGGESTIONS

1. Please carry only the bare necessities but not jewellery and valuable things.
2. Do not use hard drinks (alcohal) in high altitude area (when you are going up).
3. Don't forget to carry personal medicine kit.
4. Always bring a trekking guide book & area trekking map.
5. We request all our valued guest to have their travel insurance from own country (Personal insurance can be done in Nepal).
